The Copeland™ CR series is a line of fully hermetic reciprocating (piston) compressors designed for medium- and high-temperature cooling applications. Originally launched in the 1980s, the CR platform has become a global standard for reliability, quiet operation and value. The range covers 1.5 HP to 6 HP and is compatible with R22 and R407C refrigerants, making it a common choice for split/ducted air conditioners, light commercial condensing units, water chillers and heat pump systems.
