Medium temperature refrigerated liquid injection unit adopts advanced liquid injection cooling technology, the core of which lies in realizing high efficiency refrigeration by precisely controlling the injection of liquid refrigerant. In the refrigeration cycle, the liquid refrigerant is led from the high-pressure section such as condenser or liquid storage, through the precision nozzle and the corresponding valve assembly, and is sprayed into the suction line or compression chamber of the compressor at the correct time and amount. When the load of the refrigeration system increases and the speed of the compressor increases, the discharge temperature will rise, which may lead to the decomposition of the refrigerant and the degradation of the lubricant performance, affecting the efficiency and life of the compressor. The liquid refrigerant injected into the compressor can effectively absorb heat and reduce the discharge temperature, thus protecting the compressor and improving the overall performance of the system.
