1working principle
The working principle of seafood chiller is similar to that of air conditioner, mainly through the compressor, condenser, evaporator and other components of the refrigeration cycle, so as to control the water temperature. Its internal filling with refrigerant, under the action of the compressor, the refrigerant in the condenser to release heat and condense into a liquid, and then through the expansion valve throttling down the pressure, into the evaporator to absorb heat and vapour, thus reducing the water temperature.

The main components of the seafood chiller include the titanium drum (also known as titanium cannon), fan, condenser, compressor, thermostat, four-way valve and so on. These components work together to ensure that the seafood chiller can operate stably and control the water temperature accurately.
